Getting to know you...
I have now been in Lisbon for about two months. Some things you quickly learn to like; sun, beach and coffe are good examples of such. Some things take a bit more effort to get used to. People drunk driving and smoking all over the place can put a strain on my patience now and again.
All in all however. I think I like this place.
Latest events:
- Porto -- Good wine, beautiful city. Go there!
- Star Wars III -- ...just don't.
- Danny the Dog (or Unleashed) -- A very intense Luc Besson movie with Jet Lee, Morgan Freeman, et al. You will either love it or hate it. I loved it!
- Sailing -- I will be in Stockholm archipelago off and on from July 25th to August 15th. Any one want to meet up? Drop me a mail.
All in all however. I think I like this place.

What are you talking about??!! Star Wars III was not too bad at all. It connected the movies quite nicely, it explained why evil Darth Vader could go mushy in the very last episode and save his son instead of killing him like he would have killed anyone else. Actually this movie even puts Jar-Jar Binks into context.
You can not judge a movie like Star Wars and say that it doesn't hold up. The triology has been a classic for decades! And now, when the beginning of the story finally reaches our movie theaters you crush it! This triology is of the same caliber as the older one. And you shouldn't expect anything else. Remember that you used to love it (and that you were younger back then.. :)
